Self-efficacy in teachers has the potential to improve classroom instruction, classroom management, relationships with students and parents, and build a larger sense of collective effort to improve the quality of a school. Teachers with higher self-efficacy will improve student achievement. Principals who actively work to improve teacher efficacy may transform their school to become more effective.
