The aims of this paper is to analyze the implications of transactional leadership of principal. The author conducted some literature review of transactional leadership of principal. Transactional leadership has implications in principal leadership. Transactional leadership of principal are effective in motivating teachers and staff to become productive members control teachers and staff that were on duty corridor, so that they can work as the main duties and functions of each. Short-term planning system which applied the principal of the school to make sure that the vision will be quickly realized. In application principal can use transactional leadership on certain conditions that is when crisis and emergency happen, as well as when there is a special project to be done.
