The purpose of this research was to determine whether the facilities and infrastructure in the SMK Christian school is in compliance with the standards in the Permendiknas No. 17 of 2007, as well as how the passage of the culture and environment of SMK Christian school Salatiga. The method used by researchers is a qualitative research. This research uses triangulation with observation and interview techniques. the results of this research is that the cultural and school environments have been created in a harmonious atmosphere. Where teachers and principals to make decisions or regulations of their collective agreement. Relationships between teachers can work together well, the attitude of students to teachers respect each other. Relationships between students also mutual respect. Facilities and infrastructure already dmenunjang school, although there are some facilities that have not been met, such as tools of learning practices. This is because submission to the department not been realized, then the implementation of learning practices still not effective.
