Sragen has been investing heavily in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) in primary and secondary education. However, there are some things that make the problems of the use of ICT by teachers is still lacking. This research is to explain the benefits of ICT to make teaching materials. There are about thirty-four teachers were involved in this study. Data were collected through direct surveys using observations and activities of teachers utilize ICT in schools. This study uses qualitative research. Teachers in the schools carry out various activities especially preparing teaching materials for teaching in the classroom by accessing ICT of the school in the form of the Internet. With main facilities www.google.com, teachers get information about the image, web, and any information that supports the lessons to be taught to students. The results showed that ICT is very helpful at all in favor of making teaching materials such as papers, books, modules, or other similar materials; teachers use ICT in general can be used for teaching, self-development and professional development. Research on ICT to make teaching materials will be beneficial for teachers of all time.
