Abstract
A leader will determine the achievements of the institution where he leads. In the process of achieving the goals, leader must has credibility. He does not need to show the power of himself to be able to control the people, because the strength of a leader lies in the ability to bring the power of the people led. In order to bring the power of people he leads, a leader must have a soul airport.
Availability of facilities for achieving the objectives of the institution will trigger the personal initiatives of all institution member. Various initiatives that arise will affect that institution in term of the opportunities to resolve all the problems that hamper the objective achievements. However, various initiatives are also likely to cause an internal conflict within the institutions. To avoid potential conflicts within the internal organization, a leader must be able to coordinate various initiatives by grouping based on their specifics. Thus it would be easier for leaders to use the various initiatives of the people he leads while providing the duties and obligations to their achievement.
Indeed, adults will not be interested in what is not related to her needs. Someone who can fulfill a major source of his needs will love the profession. It will retain and even increase the degree of competence in order to gain achievements and awards. He will bring many initiatives, which intentionally will affect the strength and the existence of the agency where he works. The effort to maintain and improve the competence of those who will give strength to the institution to achieve the goals.
Likewise, a school principal should be able to serve the teachers for achieving the objectives that exist. The objectives are producing graduates with the competencies of the plume. Teachers will be more creative if the facilities are suitable with their profession.
