Abstract
The purpose of the study was to investigate about Labour Outsourcing in Manufacturing Sector. The study was focused a selected manufacturing company and the researcher identified a range of problems that exists and justifies that the key issue leading to the complexly interconnected issues seems to be the demand of outsourced labour.
Labour outsourcing was populating during the last two and three decades and there has been increasing demand for recognition of business management activities to cope up with important changes that has occurred in social, cultural and political environments. The need for outsourced labour in reduce risk, operation cost and face some manufacturing challenges. The improvements that are desired were to be achieved through changes in organizational management practices. This concept which was initially started in the West and now spreading it worldwide. Many sectors specially manufacturing sector in the business community today regard outsourced labour participation is a very important as an alternative tool for temporary basis labour recruitment and achieving organizational objectives effectively.
This specific study was developed based on the problem of “What are the key factors that have resulted in Manufacturing sector to move for the labour outsourcing?”. The study an attempt to find whether there was an impact of labour outsourcing to the manufacturing. Subsequently, the study focuses on the relationship between the depended and in depended variables; high fluctuate of Manufacturing, Demand of Outsourced labour recruitment and satisfaction level of Outsourced labours. The study proved the fact that positive relationship in high fluctuate of manufacturing and demand of outsourced labour recruitment.
